For each visit to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor's IP address, aggregate information on what pages visitors access, and information volunteered by the visitor. Similarly for each visit to our forum, our web server automatically identifies the visitor's IP address, the section currently viewed and the visitor's username if he/she is a registered member.
The information we collect is used for statistical and security purposes only to improve the content of our Web page as well as to prevent website misuse and to protect other users. The email information that is initiated or opted in by our visitors is used to send information about site updates. We will never disclose or sell the addresses to other organizations without our visitiors' prior consent.
When registering as a forum member, you may voluntarily submit your contact information or other personal information such as your location, occupation etc. These information will be available for other users to view when they go to the Memberlist section.
Instant messenger addresses such as your MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, AIM Address, and ICQ Number will be available to other registered members and guests when they initiate an IM contact. You may also specify if you want your private E-mail address button visible. Only registered members are allowed to send email via our built-in interface. They won't be able to see your email address while doing this, unless you reply their email.
The built-in Private Messenger or PM is an internal communication tool for registered members only. You can choose to reply or ignore the messages that you receive. If you receive unwanted messages, do let us know and we will investigate.
Post your photos at your own risk. We do monitor all posted photos and will remove unsuitable ones without notice, so please be responsible when posting.
