semenanjung already create this conditions...to let sabahan and sarawakian stays uneducated and poor. It is probably done purposely to ensure Sabah & Sarawak stays poor and uneducated. It is harder to control educated people because they will start to question what they see is un fair.
They want Sabahan to be their supplier of cheap labourer in their factories.
That is why Sabahan never given important posts in federal government.
Sabahan MPs are only there to be allocated as tukang jaga museum and toilet cleaner as mentioned by Ghapur in Parliament.
