Looking for housemate at Taman Indah Permai. I will move in the house on 1 January 2011 so only can have a look at the house on 1 January 2011 onwards

Full furnished house with:
3 bedrooms (2 big room and 1 small room),2 bathrooms, ceiling fans (except small room),dining table, sofa set,refrigerator, auto washing machine,grill,backyard for drying cloth, parking space at front

Criteria for housemate:
1. Male
2. Muslim/Malay
3. Non-smoker and non-alcoholic
4. Nice attitude/good behavior
5. Most important can pay rental on time
6. Preferred working adult with consistent income
7. Student also can but provided can pay rental on time

Terms:
Monthly rental : RM 450 including water and electricity
Deposit 1+1+ RM100 for utility deposit
