Pi youtube and type squats, lunges, crunches, ... semua ni boleh membantu, tapi ambil masa jugalah. Mula2 buat, memang rasa berat betul, mcm ada batu di peha/kaki. Lepas tu peha/kaki akan jadi firm. Slowly lemak di inner thighs akan berkurangan, tapi really takes time la.

Yes, there is no such thing as spot reduction. BUT, I did NOT claim the exercises can 100% resolve the problems of the fats stored in the specified areas, i ONLY said they can HELP. They're NOT 100% proven, but based on personal experiences and based on coaching from personal trainers, the exercises mentioned CAN HELP. That's the point here. You need to lower your body fat percentage and one way of doing that, is through proper/healthy diet and take good care of your food consumption.
Those exercises mentioned are parts of a series of body exercises to burn calory, to firm the areas involved. Indirectly, more movement will result in more calories getting burnt, directly giving good massage to the areas being worked on. Same concept like working on your biceps. Why do men keep playing with the dumbbell? Yep, you get the drift.
