ini cara tak berapa bagus...

1)sebab ko mesti ada pemakanan berkhasiat dan seimbang...
2) tiada senaman pun tiada ok...sebab tida aktif bha darah ko jalan...

huhuhu... ada seorang pompuan yang sa guide dia 2 minnggu turun 3kg... inda payah 3 months...FYI, orang yang under sa... sa kan ambil beratnya 2 minggu sekali...

kalo sedakat ko buat tu, sa risau yang gemok yang akan kurus, tapi dengan isi diorang yang londeh-londeh.... :lol: :lol:

ko jgan sencetive, apa yang sa ingatkan ini penting dan baik untuk ko bha... jgan hanya gantung pada makan slimming product saja bha... ada effect tu... baik ko rajinkan diri anda dan buat slimming secara manual..

ko tau raja ema punya mama tenat pasal apa?? sebab terlalu makan slimming product saja... ko tau si artis HK yang mati tu... beliau kena cancer liver sebab terlalu makan slimming product tu...

bukan nak defend ka apa...tapi we share n advise for you own good...

Mau kurus cepat..senang ja..susah hati je..wakakkakka...

Ok la...i bagi petua nak kurus yg sihat ye...1 week jgn mkn nasi..sunday u can eat 1/2 bowl je..everyday for bfast (6-7.30am jgn lebih tau..) minum air suam/tea kosong and mkn jacob 2kpg (low salt), snake time (10.00-11.00 am for 2 weeks only) minum 1 cup of hot milo and 1pc of jacob (low salt), lunch (1.30am-12.30pm) eat vege, fruits or bread with air suam, minum petang (3.00-3.30pm) minum tea/milo and dinner 6-7.00pm) mkn soup.. see the result in one month... i've tried it before..coz last time my weight is 50kg now im 42kg ja..within 1 1/2mth..he he (terpaksa diet coz ada ocassion gila2 dulu..)

But honestly..sya tak diet lagi skg..biasa ja..my frame memang kecil punya but my weight still maintain (42-43kgs)..lagipun sya bukan tinggi. Further in a few months sya strees and tension..mkn tak lalu..tidur tak lena huhuuhhhuuuu

Anyway..sia cuma mkn berat once a day ja...

Daily walks for a good 30 minutes to 1 hour at a solid fast pace with a 3 minute break in between 5 days a week
Drink sugar free drinks and avoid carbonated soft drinks and chocolate and milk drinks. Aim for low fat milk.
More vegetables and boiled meats rather than fried.
Stay away from KFC or McDonalds or fast food meals.
Stick to 3 meals a day ONLY. Avoid snacks in between and unhealthy habits of late dinners at mamak stalls
Avoid curries and mamak foods
Cut down on your intake of rice and pasta especially if you are not an athlete or train or work out regularly

The theories behind weight loss and slimming are dependent on several issues; one's discipline in following the points above I mentioned, a person being born with a low metabolism rate and being obese or over weight, a lack of exericse and an unhealthy lifestyle of eat, sleep,eat, sleep only as well as inadequate sleep, rest and stress, leading to heavy and inconsistent intakes of meals.

hi..spice org baru sini.. share my experience here :) I used to walk my company's staircase tiap-tiap hari dan makan sikit pada malam. Setiap meal kurang makan khabohidrat (roti, nasi...) tapi makan byk vege dan buah-buahan. Minuman manis macam milo dan kopi i juga tak sentuh. Dalam 2 bulan i dpt kurangkan berat badan sebyk 3 kg so i rasa cara ini memang baik. slimming memang tak easy tapi jika bertekad hati mesti boleh slim down! :2thumb:

Sila sumbangkan tips2 mengkuruskan badan yang berkesan tanpa makan ubat/jamu/herba, bersenam dan berlapar.
(Ekslusif kepada mereka yang kurang berpuas hati dengan berat badan sekarang.)



Saya mulakan dengan petua2 yang paling mudah dan berkesan.

1. Minum air suam sekurang-kurangnya 3 gelas setiap kali sebelum makan.

2. Pegi sana hospital, minta tahan sama tu dokutur dan minta pasang tu glukos(supaya tia lapar). Jangan makan sebarang makanan. Gerenti boleh kurus dalam masa seminggu.

3. Sia te'ingat bah, masa kecil2 dulu, tu nenek sia selalu pesan, jangan sekali2 pukul orang pakai tu batang mundok / runti / ubi kayu. Nanti orang yang kana pukul tu jadi kurus. So, try testlah...suruh ko punya mama ka, kawan ka, pukul ko dengan tu batang ubi kayu. Kalau boleh pukul kuat-kuat sekurang-kurangnya 10 kali setiap jam.....terutamanya di tempat2 yang banyak lamak...dan yang mahu dikuruskan. Caution : Bagi yang lelaki saja, berhati2..jangan sampai tekena tu barang...

4. ...bah giliran doktor2 pakar yang lain... sa mo sambung dulu sia punya eksperimen...
...jahat sekali orang itu...
