This is really an eye opener!

We all know that water is important but I've never seen it written
down like this before.



WATER
1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (Likely applies to
half world population.)

2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is
often mistaken for hunger.

3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as
3%.

4. One glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for
almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington
study.

5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.

6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day
could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of
sufferers.

7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory,
trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer
screen or on a printed page.

8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon
cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%,
and one is 50%less likely to develop bladder cancer. Are you drinking
the amount of water you should every day?


COKE
1. In many states (in the USA) the highway patrol carries two
gallons of Coke in the trunk to remove blood from the highway after a
car accident.

2. You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone
in two days.

3. To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl
and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The
citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.

4. To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with
a rumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.

5. To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-
Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.

6. To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to
the rusted bolt for several minutes.

7. To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking
pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before
the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix
with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy.

8. To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of
greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The
Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains. It will also clean road
haze from your windshield.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8.
It will dissolve a nail in about four days. Phosphoric acid also
leaches calcium from bones and is a major contributor to the rising
increase in osteoporosis.

2. To carry Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) the commercial truck
must use the Hazardous Material place cards reserved for highly
corrosive materials.

3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines
of their trucks for about 20 years!

Biasanya org cina & jepun minum teh panas lepas makan bukan berais. mungkin kita patut tiru. kita tidak akan hilang apa-apa. AIS akan membekukan makanan berminyak yang baru kita makan.Ia akan memperlahankan penghadaman kita. Bila lemak2 ini terbentuk di dalam usus, ia akan menyempitkan banyak saluran dan lama kelamaan ia akanmenyebabkan lemak berkumpul dan kita semakin gemuk dan menuju ke arah mendapat pelbagai PENYAKIT.Jalan terbaik... adalah untuk minum sup panas atau air PANAS/suam selepas makan.

sy pernah mendapat email yang di'forward' kan oleh kawan ttg amalan minum air selepas bangun pagi. at least 500ml... apa salahnya try kan, then sy forwardkan kpd sy punya colleagues... lepas setahun boss sy panggil semua staff meeting.... last dia bg tau spy semua staff jaga kesihatan dan sebaik2 nya minum air sebanyak mungkin sebaik bangun pagi... REALLY GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH... especially yang mau kulit cantik tapi tiada masa mau jaga...

ya, kawan sy kata jika minum air setaip hari selepas bangun dari tidur,toksik dapat dikeluarkan. sy dah practise amalan ini selama dua tahun. sy pernah stop amalan ini dan dapati gastrik lebih serious dan byk pimples pada muka. so sy suggest juga minum air selepas bangun pagi :thumbup1:

mmg bagus ni minum air lepas bangun pagi.. jangan berus gigi dulu, minum terus.. sbb enzyme2 terkumpul time tidurla yg paling berkhasiat. tapi jgn la berkumur2 trus telan.. tai gigi semua terikut nanti :slaugh: tapi penting juga minum air yg bersih.. family kami guna rx water, baru lg di malaysia ni tapi bagus.. byk testimony suda dari urg sbb byk penyakit drg baik.. mcm sa kalau pagi2 mesti bersin2 dulu (family resdung) setelah mengamalkan rx water, resdung saya telah sembuh (haha mcm iklan tv ba) lagi bagus kalau taru secalit garam di lidah sblm minum utk meransang otak..

Our body actually tak perlukan mineral dari air mineral ni kerana makanan harian kitaurang (sayuran, buahan & dll) sudah cukup memadai.

At one time saya pernah debate dengan kawan pasal isu ini tapi sampai sekarang dia masih tetap dgn pendiriannya minum air mineral dan saya tetap dengan air suling...hehehe. In fact kalau join mana2 gym atau health club diaurang amalkan minum air suling atau yang sewaktu dgnnya dan bukan air mineral.



Pensyarah sia pernah bagitau yg air mineral tu adalah lebih bagus diminum berbanding air suling..sebab air mineral tu air yg ada mineral manakala air suling tu kosong ja dan lebih 90% komposisinya terdiri daripada H2O ja..sistem air paip yg ada di Malaysia sebenarnya antara yg terbagus dan selamat utk diminum..sebabnya sistem air kita telah melalui proses rawatan yg terkini dan diyakini..manakala klorin yg digunakan utk membunuh patogen pula adalah dalam kepekatan yg tidak membahayakan pengguna..cuma kenapa kita perlu masak ialah kerana kita terikut2 dgn cara tradisioanal kita dulu yg ambil dari sungai pastu masak utk kasi mati kuman2 dan giuk..tapi bagus juga minum air yg dimasak..Jadi, jgn ragu2 minum air dari paip kita ya..

Sa rasa sa pcayala bngun pg bagus minum air trutama air suam..sbb mama sa suda amalkan ini dri dlu lg.smpi skrg dia sihat cma kdg2 j kna flu..kmi x water filter mnm ja air paip yg dmsk dlu ok jga jimat lg :lol2: ni marketing strategy ada saja ba..dia kasi tkut2 dlu kta tup2 trus kluar produk ni la tu la kunun bagus :blabla: yg x bgs poket kta :cry:

lepas bangun pagi trus minum air suam, paling sikit pun segelas..
pastu trus minum 100ml prune jus, untuk melancarkan air besar :slaugh:

trus kawan sa suruh sa minum air kelapa....lepas 3 hari....teda sudah tu ganja di air kencing sia

so conclusion dia..air kelapa bagus untuk kesihatan

sia memang amal ni.. :thumbup1:
kalau sapa2 yg ada masalah susah buang air besar..ini la amalan yg patut dibuat..
juga pada pesakit atritis..sebab atritis banyak disebabkan oleh usus..i.e sistem perkumuhan kita kurang berfungsi dgn baik...
